Out of curiosity, is there a reason that Kenny Chesney's concert tickets are so expensive?

I was looking at them for a friend and her husband for an anniversary gift and they ranged from $200 all the way up to $7,500. I means seriously....7, 500. They wanted $140 for lawn tickets. I had to look at it a couple times. I was just curious why they are SO expensive? I don't follow country music, so don't know if he wins every award he is up for. I watched the awards last night with a friend who loves country music and a singer by the name of Brad Paisley took home a lot of them, and his tickets are reasonably priced. Thanks....
