Can't watch US webpages when I travel!!?

I often travel to Mexico since I own a condominium near the beach, and I been noticing that many webpages and youtube videos can't be watched because I'm not in the US, that's unfair, because I need to vote for my niece at the gerber contest, but I can't because I won't be leaving Mexico soon, I'm in vacations :/ Is there any way to convice the server that I am in the united states? Thanks.
