System shutdown problem?

After about a minute, my computer says that it has to shut down by authority of NT/ SYSTEM. I also get these SVCHOST.EXE errors popping up saying that theres an error with my memory and to terminate or debug. This all came up really suddenly while I was on the internet. Whats wrong and how can I fix it?
