Diet queries for toned belly?

i m 22 yrs old a vegetarian trying to reduce fat aruond my belly my diet mostly consists if dal ,rice curry for lunch n dinner ..curry mostly has potatoes in it as ingredients...do i need to change it????....should i avoid potaoes and white rice completely and eat only wheat???.... also i do 30 mins of cardio and around 20 sit ups 50 push ups 30 pilates and about 70 trunk twists everyday about 6 times a week....what else should i do or how should i modify to get good results in say around two months time.
