What is going on with my bowl movement?

in the past i have had ulcer when i was 16 from a eating disorder. Now that i am 30 this is my new problem! I had a sonogram done on my gallbladder that was fine BC i have been in pain in my stomach and was very bloated. NOW!! I am a little scared I have been going to the bathroom and there is a lot of blood when I wipe and in the bowl. Not in the stool I checked that. The stool is not black its a medium color but hard not stiff. also when i wipe there were blood clots looked like a form of Flem? any info would be great thank you for your time. kindest regards~
