How to best remove/deal with smegma?

Smegma is not a sign of STD, dude. It's like an oil which is secreted by the head of your and acting a lubricant. it's quite gross and the best way to deal with it is to clean it properly. It keeps the glans moist, by the way. Don't worry, it could be done by cleaning with soap and water. So normal and nothing serious!
