I would like to know how and why someone is able to send email in my name to people on my contacts list.?

this person is sending web site address. some of them are ually suggestive in nature. how do i stop them and find out who is sending them. there is no one else in my household who has access to my computer. i haven't saved them, but plan to make note of the sites in the future. Susan Roriguez,
