Is there any such thing as infant tourettes? Or any nerve disorders that occur in newborns (2 months)?

My daughter does the same thing. She's had colic since she was 3 weeks old..now she is 2 months.but this is what I do when she has her moments like that.... I take a blanket and swaddle her and place my hand on her head and kinda pet her..LOl sounds funny but it works she goes right to sleep.. But I also do place her on my hip facing forward and i place her on my hip and my arm around her belly..And walk around like that and she stops.. Also it helps get the gas out.. she burps every time i do it..
