World of warcraft rath of the lich king question?

in the onyxia raid there is a red rogue helm that drops and I really want it. when the boss dies it shows all the loot and then sometimes it shows the red rogue helm what is the highest score I need to get the helm? everytime I try to get it with a low score I don't get the helm :(
