Where is a unique restaurant in the valley?

There is this really delicious Irish Restaurant and Pub type place called the Skeptical Chymist on N. Pima Rd in Scottsdale. I think the food is great and the inside is really interesting looking. Of course, the Cheesecake Factory is fantastic too....but expensive. If you want eccentric..that's it. Or try Fogo De Chao. Its Australian, i think. The food is absolutely wonderful!
