go to diango west of draynor village bank. talk to him and he'll ask if u want to see his "dragon plates"( not dragon platebodies, just a spinning plate with a dragon logo on it) or u want holiday items back. check holiday items and it should show the hood( together with any other holiday item that u lost) click on the hood and u'll get it back
