How can appeal more to Rice University?

at the moment i am in yale's university. i had gotten 1st rank in cl of 100. so u have to try to study harder. Gettng a tutor may work. and for extra credit u may want to try starting an organization: raise money for schools ............. raise money for poor children in chennai, india........... or even africa...... but please think of chennai, i went there, and saw a baby left in the garbage can D:
