Does this guy like me or he is just playing games?

Okay well this happened about a month ago but me nd this guy (i kinda like) were ping notes, he ask me for mine number and he gave me his. He never texted me and i didn't want to sound weird and stalkerish aand text him lol. The next day we talked more and he told my friend that he liked me a lot! I said I liked him too, then it waawkwardrd after that. A couple of days later he started dating another girl but kept chatting with me on facebook, which i thought was weird. Now he broke up with his girlfriend and is flirting with me again! im sooooo confused?!?!?! does he like me or is he just playing games???
