How do the liberals feel about the U S Judge finding that Obama Health Care is unconstitutional?

I think we need universal health care in this country but the judge does have a point- largely because this health care law requires citizens to buy services from private, for-profit corporations. Without the public option to keep insurers honest this "reform" bill was largely a gift to the insurance companies.
