Anybody got any brilliant ideas to help an after school club for displaced youths prosper/appeal?

Your local free public library can be of help. Hold a meeting there, with their permission and sponsorship, so these young people can become acquainted with the resources of books, music, and computers. One of the librarians would be happy to give them all a tour, as long as they keep the noise and chatter down to a minimum.
